K.A.T. was founded by Andy “Kat” Alnutt, a supply chain management and operations leader with deep experience across regulated industries, including life sciences and Aerospace & Defense. She brings enterprise-level expertise — without the enterprise overhead — to help growth-stage organizations build the structure, visibility, and cross-functional alignment they need to scale with confidence.
